Default Need to reBase the bumper

okay guys i was spraying my bumper after i put the 1st coat of clear down i notice it started to act up as in fisheye and stuff. what grit sand paper do i use to hit the clear down so i can rebase it and clear again thanks

Wait for the clear on it right now to dry and sand with 600-800 wet. Clean your air supply real well cause it sounds like you got something comming out of your line, or clean your bumper better with some final kleen.

Oh yah if you are just using a spray can then the reaction could be from mixing spray paint products, not waiting for your base to flash long enough or just a dirty surface.

thinks its all of the above must be the cold weather and not waiting in between coat thanks guys
