tempory obd1 to obd2 conversion with out check engine light
okk i have DC2 shell which originally had a 1997 integra GSR and obd2
the motor was stolen so it was replaced with a 1995 LS and obd1
the harness has a obd2 to obd1 conversion for the 1995 p75
the car does not have the 2nd O2 sensor anymore either
my problem is for inspection being i have a obd1 ecu the data link is not responding to the data link when they hook it up to the data port for inspection
say i wanted to convert to obd2 for one day to pass inspection..what i need to know is what sensors differ the obd1 and obd2
what im assuming ill need so far is a obd2 p75, 2nd o2 sensors off the cat
but im pretty sure that not the only difference between the p75 obd1 and obd2 that would cause me a check engline light when i connect the obd2 ecu to my harness
and ive searched that the LS blocks do not come with a knock sensor so i should not have to worry about that
