Default Integra Injector Wiring Colors....and What is Their Order??

Here is the story: I had to change my head gasket. I did so and in the mean time i went ahead and bought a new Intake manifold. Well I had to cut and splice my injector wires to extend them for my new intake manifold. They are all practically the same size now. I think i might have mixed up the wires for the injectors for cyl 3 and 4. Now I searched and found this:

Injector #1 (closest to driver's side)
solid brown wire
yellow wire w/ black stripe

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Injector #2
solid red wire
yellow wire w/ black stripe

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Injector #3
solid blue wire
yellow wire w/ black stripe

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Injector #4
solid yellow wire
yellow wire w/ black stripe

Is this correct?? I am pretty sure i mixed up these wires because I started the car after all was said and done the car had a flashing CEL, which after searching means a bad misfire. Now will mixing up the injector wires cause a flashing CEL, misfire??? Also could starting it with this misfire damage anything?? TIA!

the only thing i can think of is that when you cut the wires you just didnt match them up right when re-connecting them, like say, red - blue instead of red to red.

well i know the polarity of the wires doesnt matter, i.e. i have after market injector clips that came with pigtails and both of the wires are white.

the yellow with a black stripe is the ground, the colored wire is the power wire, just double check all connections but it sounds like u did everything correct just might not have a solid connection.
