Default EG Hatch for a first car?

I just wanted to hear some opinions...i am in the process of purchasing a 93' hatch with a 00' GSR swap. My brother is worried that it' too fast for a first car. ( I'm 18 years old ) I just wanted to hear if you think it's good for a first car and any comments. Thanks

have you driven before?

as long as you know youre limits, youll be fine.

but i think it might be a fast car to learn on. but as long as u already know how to dive and all youll do fine

just dont drive like an idiot, realize the potential of your car. Think about taking it to an open parking lot and testing the limits to see how your car reacts. It's what i did.

Just don't be stupid, and realize the power you are holding, and how dangerous it can be.

but otherwise

Any first car would be a fast car. If you obey traffic laws and drive defensively, it would be the safest first car.
