idle high untill i come to a complete stop....

idle high untill i come to a complete stop....
ok so i just replaced an engine coolant temperature sensor... well both of them. and now, my car will idle at around 3 grand untill i come to a complete stop. i have relearned the idle and it is fine while stopped. any ideas?
