Default RC injectors dont fit?

I have rc 550cc injectors.

They will not fit inside the manifold.
They are too big.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
Motor is a b16a.
What can i do

Take a picture of them, maybe you were sold injectors for the wrong application.

I have the same injectors and it's pretty stupid the way they sit on top of the grommets. I had to use spacers on the fuel rail in order to not squish the rubber "cushions" at the top and bottom of the injectors.

Inside your intake manifold there are 2 rubber pieces.. there is the soft one and the hard plastic one. Take the Hard plastic rubber out and just use the soft part... Then you can tigthen them up and dont have to use spacers or anything. Later

That's what the people at RC told me to do but my JDM B18B only had the soft rubber pieces and no hard plastic ones...

from what ive found if you put the rubber seal half on the injectors and half off then slide the whole rail down in with each ijector going into the manifold at the same time it makes a nice solid seal. the rubber ring will be in the mani and the bottom of your injector wil sit down in the seal when you tighten the fuel rail down

Go to your local acura dealership and only get the o-ring for a 92-95 acura. These will fit in your intake manifold and will be the PERFECT size for the RC injector.

Place the o-ring in the intake recess where the injectors go. Place the injectors into the fuel rail. Dap just a little oil on the inector where it will contact the o-ring for lubrication (KY optional). Line up the injectors to the o-ring and make sure they rest on top, do not try to force them in. Then bolt in the fuel rail and don't over torque those nuts. 8-10 ft-lbs is plenty.

I believe you get #4 in the picture. #14 is the small o-ring that makes the injectors snug with the fuel rail. These are cheaper than buying a kit from Pep boys. I never used the spacers with RC's
