High beam/DRL problem
lately my driverside highbeam hasnt been working, its not the bulb i went out and replaced that with no luck, because the highbeam is out so is the DRL very annoying, its a 93 and if its a relay problem please explain that as i have no idea what a relay is.
If it's just the one, I doubt relay. Try this: swap the bulb socket with the passenger side socket and try again. I only mention this because one of my sockets was frying bulbs every 2 days, if it even worked at all. It turns out the metal female parts of the socket weren't making proper connection to the bulb's male prong. I made the female parts tighter to provide a snug fit and haven't had a problem since.

i attempted to do that as well but the open/close ring thing is stuck on the passenger side, i cant get a good enough grip on it much to crammed in there but ill try that again... also before it quit for good it was kinda going on and off randomly but now its done for good meaning a month with it off and before it was off and on for about a week at time
There's a good chance it is the DRL relay, which is located under the passenger footwell carpet, beside the ECU.
The same thing was happening with my 95, the DRL didn't work and only 1 highbeam worked (even with new bulbs). I took out the DRL relay and did the resolder fix, and it worked great with no problems after that.
