Default NEED HELP! ls/vtec stalling when warm

I know this most likely is an electrical issue but I cant pinpoint it,. I have a 94 Civic DX with ls/vtec swap. Lately (mostly during warmer days) my car will run about 15 minutes or then stall., all the dash lights come on, it wont crank up immidiately as take atleast a minute. sometimes longer before it will crank back up. During cold weather I don't have any issues. sometimes I will here a loud backfire pop from the exhaust then the power goes. so far Ive changed the Ignition Coil, and the distributor connection points seem to be fine. Checked all my grounds, and wires seem to be okay. does anyone have any suggestions.?? please help!
