Default rear disc conversion

I have a 98 CRV. Unfortunatly it has rear drums and I would like to convert it to disc but I cannot find a conversion kit out there. I have checked both AEM and Brembo, niether of which will work for me.
I was wondering if I could use parts off of another 5 lug Honda. And if I did that, what all parts would I need. Thanks in advance.

Its a feature that i would like to have. the more stopping power, the better.
I would like to get more HP out of the motor, but I would need to be able to stop the vehicle too.

no trim of CRV has all disc brakes?

What about the MDX, are the two platforms similar enough to use its brakes? (Im not even sure it has all disc either, Im just brainstorming a little.)

mdx is another platform and those brakes won't work. Have you tried the brakes off an civic ex. Thay may bolt on since the crv is basically a civic. Also the aem conversion "may" fit, not sure but junkyard rear disks off a civic is cheap...

CRV = 5 lugs
Civic = 4 lugs
