Default HELP ????Rear Disc Conversion???? HELP

If you remember any of my posts I own a 2000 Civic 4dr. I E-mailed HAP recycling and they told me a rear disc conversion would be off a 94-00 Integ. Cost...$550 Well I was wondering if anyone out there knows what parts it takes to do the job and do it right? Help, anyone please. Thanx for the help to anyone who inputs any useful information.

You need at least the rear trailing arm with the brake assemblely attatched, you also must have disc brake hydraulic lines. E-brake cables would be cool, cause then you'll have one. Usually it has most of the rear suspension.

550 is a bit much......just think the aem rear disc conversion w/ bigger rotors is only around 650. And thats all NEW parts, not like the ones you find at a junk yard. the best thing to do is just to go hunting around the junk yards around your area, you can find some really good deals.

Any,
'90-91 Si crx
90-01 Teg
92-93 Civic hatch SI
99-00 Civic Si
Del-sol with rear disk,

Will fit any of those car.
The ITR has the same shock style as the only year '88 CRX.So,if keeping shocks, you must change the LCA arm.

Well, for the model style and year, that is correct for here in CND....I believe it is the same for you too.

thanks a lot for the info, i am pretty sure that they are the same, just want to make sure .

so you are saying that the rear trailing arms from my 97 civic ex 2dr (i know an ex civic is called SI in CND) is the same as a 94 del sol. (the reason is i just picked up a set of 94 del sol rear trailing arms w/ disk brakes to swap in to my 97 Civic )

well............thanks again for the reply.
