Whats up guys? My names Paul. This is my first post, and i'm looking for opinions. Im wanting a Civic hatch REAL bad lol. Preferably 92-95(no emissions for 95 or older in MA). Looking to have a nice daily driver, with boost. Nothing too powerful(my current summer ride is a 00 ford Lightning, thats where i get my power needs!). Is there a certain year/motor i should look for when looking at 92-95 hatch's? It has to be RELIABLE, and decent on fuel. Like I said, I'd like to eventually go turbo, but not for crazy power. Just more than stock, and who doesnt like the sound of a turbo spooling Please give me your opinions as to what I should do/what I should look for.. Thanks guys -Paul

 

Try to find a SI, Anyone you get unless you find one with a swap already, your gonna have to swap yourself. I'd try to find a nice clean one.. Then throw a B16 in it.

 

Or you can do what i'm doing, Say forget a swap.. Find one with the D16 (SOHC) and Build and boost the crap out of it.

 

are these D16's solid reliable motors? And how well to they take to Boost?
