Icon2 Gsr tranny noise help

I have a 1996 integra gsr I had a problem with a winding/whirlling noise it turned out to be an input shaft bearing. I fixed it and it stopped. But 2 weeks after that now my car is making a new noise (sounds like when the car is in reverse and your backing up whirrling noise) and it gets louder as I accelerate. I have a brand new clutch kit OEM bearings and Input shaft bearing was OEM as well also the Input shaft seal was replaced I did not see any other problems in the transmission when I cracked the case. Does any have any ideas what this noise could be?

does it make that noise if you just rev it up while in neutral and the clutch out?

The noise is being made when the clutch is out a little bit but not much, it is very loud at 3k+ RPM when in motion and only when it is accelerating. I dont think it would be a throw-out bearing because I bought that brand new from the honda dealership 2 weeks ago along with a clutch kit.

Was the replacement clutch and pressure plate OE Honda parts, too?

What did you do with the flywheel? Did it require resurfacing? Did you replace it?

And just for my own clarification, the whirring noise that you corrected by having the input shaft bearing fixed was different that the noise you are hearing now, correct?

yes everything Was OEM honda even the input shaft bearing. Yes when I took the tranny out 2 weeks ago I did get my fidanza flywheel a friction kit. I did not skip any steps. But I did test drive it today and it was acting like it didnt want to go in gear and I checked fluid it was good I drained it and there were metal flakes Input shaft bearing was replaced two weeks ago. I guess ima have to crack the case and see if another bearing is bad.

While you had it apart this time I would go ahead and replace all the bearings.

that sucks to hear about the finding of metal shavings. when you open the case take some photos of the damage and post here. I am curious to see what went so soon.

Ok so I broke into the tranny over the week end and this is what I found out. The output bearing turn out to be bad as well and lock up. Also the friction of that bearing caused my 5th syncro to seize up as well as the 5th gear hub(not the actual gear) have the syncro and hub in the mail now and hope that fixes everything in the tranny will have pic posted soon of the damaged bearing and syncro.
