The point of quiet exhaust is less attraction from police. I already get enough with my screaming yellow paint, and that is all I need.

Yup, That's why you buy a Yellow Integra Type R , JDM Conversion, Add spoon products, and put a FMIC on it. Now all you need is to add a quiet exhaust and it's the ultimate sleeper.

IMO if your car is lowered, then its no longer a sleeper. How many people who are actually into their cars just put springs in and be done with it. Also not like the cops dont recognize lowered cars and already jump to conclusion.

I say **** It. Go loud or go home. (Not like im too loud with 2.25 exhaust, but when the dump tube opens up, look the fug out!)

the best thing is to use a greddy power extreme with 3in pipping straight pipe and it will smash without it being loud. but go to any muscle car shop and they sell a Y pipe that connects to your pipping. one totally connected to your exhaust and the other just opens up by pulling a cable or for the electronic ones push a button. with you can have both full exhaust and open down. all works inside the cockpit of you car. no jacking up car or unbolting screws to go OD just pull a cable. im in the process of getting one installed.

 

ur going to turbo ur car? man that car is sweet as a NA car IMO.

no downpipe on my car is actually quieter than my friends fully muffled w/ CAT B16 CRX as well as another one of my friends fully muffled and resonated w/o CAT hatchback LS hybrid

i enjoy the look of stock exhaust... quiet, nothing to turn your head at... i don't really care about the noise at WOT, just for daily driving... plus at 6 psi no real need for something gargantuan just yet...
aside from the ic and skull n crossbones air freshner, my car doesn't exactly stand out, not lowered or anything
