hi there iv got a 2002 civic em2, which i havent driven for a while due because ive just got a ep3 ctr. however iv started driving it again and i am have some problems with the gear box. it seems that t doesnt want to go into gear ansd i have to realy force it into gear, like the lever is hitting somthing in linkage. the gears dont grind or make any noise it just doesnt want to go into gear.

just through id ask if any of you guys had come across this before?

I have an 01 em2. Something to look out for is the trans for this car. Shortly after buying my car i realized that the transmissions have a tendency to go.

I would check the trans fluid to check for discoloration. If its brown you might have a problem.
