Default Reverse problem.

i recently noticed my reverse would somewhat stick while goin into the gear, twice it wouldnt go into gear so ide just put it in neutral and wiggle it a little and everything would be normal again, and the other day it wouldnt go in to reverse at all and wen i would try it would get stuck where my reverse used to be. but every other gear is fine and normal

my friend told me my synchroids? might be out in my reverse.

i just need to know what to do or what to buy, or is it something simple enough for me to do my self?

im tired of pushing my car out of parking spaces haha,

Check the sliders and hubs to make sure they're not worn.
