Help with B18c1 sputtering... searched already...
Okay so recently i rebuilt the bottom end of my b18c1. Put USDM ITR pistons in along with all new bearings, rings, etc. Started it up and is throwing codes for tps and iat. but i checked the tps and iat sensors and nothing seems to be wrong. The harness is i believe to be a 96 dx harness rewired for vtec, etc. still has the CEL on. Checked the harness and can't figure out what's wrong. It starts to sputter alot and doesn't seem to want to past around 4k rpm when i go full throttle. But when i just lightly press on the gas peddle(not full throttle) it'll go past 4k rpm fine. Can anyone help me with this problem. don't really know what to do. I'm thinking it might be the wiring is all messed up. but before the build the car was running fine with the same harness.
