TB Noise Issues?
I have a question regarding my throttlebody as well. I cleaned it, took of the plate and everything. So now when I reinstalled, everything was OK, but now when I step on the accelerator, I get this ringing, in every gear at a certain point when the gas pedal is in a certain position. When the intake is off, it's not so loud, but noticable, but when i put the intake on, it amplifies the noise like a horn. The noise is really annoying when I drive because the noise happens when the pedal is in the "sweet spot"
It could be a small bit of the throttle body to intake manifold gasket sticking out into the path of the incoming air. Maybe the throttle body isn't lined up flush with the intake plenum or one of the throttle plate screws is not tightened in all the way flush.
With the car off. Open the throttle plate fully and look for anything protruding into the path of the air. Make sure that the TB & IM are lined up properly. It may be as easy a small bit of gasket that needs to be trimmed or realigned.

It was the issue with mine..... not sure how common it is. But anythign causing a ripple in the path of the incoming air can cause a harmonic ring or whistle.
If you have a smooth wall aftermarket intake tube it will magnify the sound. That is why the OEM air intake tube is pleated. It also has two air resonance chambers to eliminate any audible waves from being herd outside the filter end of the intake.

well, im not sure what is causing mine because the OEM gasket fit well, but I trimmed up a small picese that could be doing someting, but the noise is still there. Yes, i have a short ram intake, smooth walled. I took of the throttle plate and cleaned everything, the noice is coming from the TB when the plate is open a certain distance, thats it. The thing is, I had never heard this noise till i did this
everything lined up correct, and i did some more searching on this and found that adjusting my idle screw did the deal. I have a slight vacum leak until i can get a new o-ring so i had to adjust my idle, so i backed it off 1/4 turn and viola....noise GONE!!!
I delt with a simular condition, but in that case the customer refered to it as a 'whistle - caused by a piece of gasket materiel left over from a previous R&R protruding.
I also delt with a condition which could be discribed as a "ringing" or a "Buzzing" at certain throttle settings (Rpm Sensitive) - A muffler shield caused one customer's problem, a converter shield causing the other guy grief.
