If you can't work it out on your own, you have bigger problems then a misaligned window.

If the window is "jumping" when you roll it up or down you might have broken teeth on the window regulator gear. The most common reason is if someone tries to break into a car by prying the window down. Most Honda p/w motors have 4 revolutions of the gear to go up or down.......if the motor only "jumps" once that most likely is not the problem...If it happens a few times it "could be"

If might also only be the window sticking in the tracks or the seals. Get some silicone spray (not grease or WD40) and spray it in the seal where the glass rides up and done.

Hope that helps

Matt
