zc swap in sol

zc swap in sol
im doin a sohc vtec zc in my sol
i have an engine hoist but have one question
what do you guys think is easiest....just takin out motor, leavin trans in and boltin up?
taking motor out through the top, dropping the trans, then droppin the engine through the bay..boltin it up to the trans and pulling both back up?
or takin out motor and trans...bolt up new motor to the trans and putting back in
car is to low to slide engine and motor under the car together

leave the engine and transmission together, unplug the wiring harness at the shock tower plugs, and disconnect the large alternator wire from the fuse panel. Pull from the top.
