Default jdm b16a2 misfiring, two spark plugs look different

I just fired up my jdm b16a. I put in new plugs and the car came with a new dizzy. I have a brand new tri y header. the car is missing and running rough upon acceleration. I pulled the plugs and two towards the left have normal burn on them and look fine. The two to the right however look like new like nothing has even touched them. Also the two pipes to the left of my header have started to change color from heat. the two to the right are still silver. What could be the deal here?

I would start off with a compression test, now I am not sure exactly if the header should show that the two pipes that are changing colors are from normal heat and the other two are showing no heat or backwards if the colored ones are showing excessive heat. A better description of the plugs would probally help cause whos to know what exactly "normal burn" means. also just in my opinion sounds like a blown headgasket in between the two cly's. like I said a compression test is in order.

Check fuel and spark on the dead cylinders. Might be as simple as stuck injectors....or even the firing order.
