hey tunerz i have a 2000 SIR
and i wanted 2 kno what cud i
do 2 run early 13s without turbo
any help wud b nice
or im from Trinidad

H2b will run 12s all day. You will look at spending more or less 3 grand though. I do believe a built LS/V will do 13s. LS blocks are cheap =P

weight reduction is going to be big if you want the torqueless wonder to move your honda. building the b16 to run 13's is going to highly depend on your budget.

keep ur b16 and build a beasty b20 vtec if money isnt an issue. build it rite and ull be in the 12's.

or and what NOS kit should i use dry or wet and whats d diff?

b20 sidewalls are weak id suggest at least sleeving the block.
