Need your help guys.
So I finished swapping my engine yesterday and began pouring coolant in the radiator.
All is going great until it begins leaking. A small steady flow of coolant begins leaking out between the head and intake manifold.

Should I replace the gasket? Any other ideas?

new gasket, and the IM may not have been tightened down enough.
And trust me when I say, it's a HUGE PITA if the engine is still in the car. At least on the dual-runner intake manifold w/ OBD1 stock oil cooler it is.

Yeah there is a gasket on there...
I'll pull it off tomorrow, replace the gasket, and put some sealant on there as well.
Thanks a lot guys. Can't believe I swapped an engine lol.

I don't think you're supposed to use any kind of sealant on the IM gasket. That could possibly cause more leaks, be it coolant or vacuum leaks.
Alright. Terrance suggested to scrape the excess residue, old sealant off to make the seal flush for the new gasket. I shall to this.

Did you not scrape off the old gasket and put on a new gasket when installing the IM? That's a must, especially if that old@$$ original OEM cork gasket was still on there.
