Default GSR Tranny

Would a 94 GSR tranny non-lsd be a good trans. for my b-18 civic I am building and for $300. Thanks for the info. guys as always.

yeah. personally, i think the gsr tranny is perfectly geared. longer than the b16, but not as long as an ls. i wish i had a gsr tranny in my gsr eg coupe. i have the ls and it kills me. but just wondering r u doin the b18b (non-vtec ls) or b18c (vtec gsr)?

I have the non-vtec b-18a right now, but Im going to convert it to a v-tec motor most likely before i drop it in. Thanks for the advice btw. One other thing is there any good distinctive things about it that I can tell if its legit. its a s80 i think, but I noticed there is other types of these not found in the GSR.
