If the engine is flooded, you can take the spark plugs out and take one of those spay nozzles and put the tube in where you took the spark plugs out and spray the gas or water out. If the clutch is slipping, you probably need a new clutch, usually when it slips it is because the clutch has no grip.

take all of the spark plugs out, pull the fuel pump fuse and crank the car to get the water out, get new plugs, change oil, and check your airfilter

If your clutch is shot because it has oil on it YOUR REAR MAIN SEAL IS LEAKING. Replace the rear main seal and clutch to resolve the issue.

hold on people. what car is it first? you can do a clear flood mode by holding the gas pedal to the floor and cranking the motor. holding the pedal down shuts off the injectors on a fuel injected engine.
