I have a 2000 GSR and I just recently installed a JDm b16 transmission from H motor online, night and day difference compared to my old GSR trans. I also installed a new clutch, however I changed everything bearings and all, except resurfacing the flywheel. For starters, my clutch seems very high as if the clutch is wearing out already. Secondly when I drive the car for about 20 min I get really bad clutch chatter taking off in first. The car will drive perfect when taking off in first for the first 20 min and then it starts acting up in first. I’m thinking something is getting over heated. No matter how soft or accurate I may be in finding the engagement point this still happens after 20 minutes. Otherwise the car drives fine and shifts smooth and grab real nice in all gears, 4th gear chirps etc. I have never adjusted anything in the car and I’m not sure how to approach this any suggestion thanks in advance.
