Default h22a sensor plugs/ connections

ok so i just finished instatlling my new clutch and throwing everything back together. My problem now is when i took everything apart i disconnected some of the plugs from the wiring harness that hook up to the motor so im stuck on where they plug-in. there are proly like 4 or 5 plugs that i need to find out where they go. Another thing is i have power going to the car but it doesnt crank at all i have to jump it from the starter by touching the 2 hot bolts on it. and when it does start it runs like crap and my cel come on and i know its cause the plugs from the wiring harness. The starter is good and also the distributor is good as well. Please help me im so close to being finished. If you need pics of the plugs i can load them later 2nite cause im at work right now but any insight or knowledge would be greatly appriciated.

ok so i fianlly got the car running semi ok the plaugs are all pluged into there proper spots. The problem now is there is a winding noise coming from the timing belt side, i checked if anything was rubbing but it looks fine and it was not doing this before i took off the tranny so idk how this would mess anything up on that side. Also whenever im in 1st geat and im at low rpm accelerating thru the gear it bogs out but once i get over about 2500-3000 rpm it goes away its weird? any intput or im just gonna have to fork out the cash to a shop to help/
