how to install new throttle cable?

Default how to install new throttle cable?

is there a DIY on this subject? i try to search for it i can't if it. I know it should be simple b/c it connect to the gas pedal but pix will help..

seriously easy, just look under the dash and the cable will pop out when you free it up and slide it out. the plastic part where it clips in the firewall needs a little yanking though

the cable attaches to the top of the gas pedal. take it off from there then the wire is gona run through the firewall. pull it through the fire wall then take it off where it attaches to the throtle. when you re-install it your gona have to adjust it for your idle. idle should be around 900-1000 (correct me if im wrong) and then your done. it's not hard except for taking it off the pedal cuz you have no room lol. you end up in a weird position lol.

the cable won't effect his idle unless it's too tight. you want to leave just enough slack in the cable that you have a good pedal response but you also allow the TB to close when you let off.

its supposed to be 750-800 thats what it is from factory
