Icon2 LSVTEC Oil Feed Line Question

... So I just got a Golden Eagle LSVTEC oil line kit used and the oil line seems to have a fitting on one side thats stuck in one position...the fitting wont turn independent of the line...so is it supposed to be that way? Am I supposed to tighten it on that side first and the run the other side to sandwich adapter? thanks

Does the other end spin freely? If it does, then I suppose you don't have much of a choice.

I've installed a few of these, I don't think it is supposed to be that way, especially if it is a blue/red AN fitting, it should spin freely of the line until it is tightened down...
