i have a b16 in my ej1. this guy wants the b16 but not the car and he'll give my a d-series and a 240sx coupe w/engine. what would you do?

 

Damm sounds tempting. A b16 swap cost around maybe 1600 or so give or take. So hes giving you a engine to put in your car and another running car(SO to Speak). It sounds too good to be true, i would think something is shady. But it all depends how much you love your swap and all i guess.

 

i got the b16 slightly modded bolt on intake msd ignition wires and coil. act clutch. thats all. it runs good too. but he has d-series engines at his house laying around. and the 240 sx coupe comes witha ka24 engine. but needs hood and bumper. i dunno it could be my project car. damn its been two weeks since he offered me, but he still tryna get the 240 running. we took the sohc engine that came with it out. i want to see how the 240 runs then ill decide for sure.

 

i just want to know what other people with civics would do. b/c i got a b16 it feels so rare to have one lol.

 

You think thats rare...i have a GSR in my Ek....LoL. Now a Type R Engine....now thats rare. That would make me bust a nut every morning when i wake up to it.LoL

 

sounds too good to be true...
if your car runs good and makes you happy i'd keep it...

pluse 240 parts are kinda expensive and hard to find...
