Default wheels making weird noise

Here's a little information about my car, it's 99 accord coupe with a 5 speed tranny. This annoying sound has been bugging me for the past 6 months or so and I can't seem to figure out what's causing it. Here's the link to what it sounds like

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UncPOPGWvM8

I've already changed the wheel bearings, axle, brakes, and rotors. My next step is checking the tranny, but before i drop it out, I want to make sure that that's the main problem this time. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

UPDATE:

Do you see anything that's odd?

My dads car is doing the same thing. He has an automatic 00 though. When I go back up to GA I will look at it. Keep us posted on what the problem is at it will be awhile till I go up there and I dont want him replacing parts that wont fix it.

yes, i'm talking about that flat tire sound. The first thing i thought was the tires, so i changed those out also and the sound was still there.

did you get new rotors in the front ? and did you change the front brake pads ? because it sounds like it's new rotors and fcked up brake pads ...... and if you did the work did you adjust the rear rotors correctly ? because you have some mad binding going on there . And i dont believe you got new wheel bearings cause that sounds just like the problem so dont lie ....

dust shields?
flat spots on tires?
do your brakes vibrate when you stop?

wheel bearings been changed, according to my brother who had them pressed in. haha I haven't checked the dust shield yet, but what are some signs that show abnormalities on the dust shield?

If you guys really think it's the wheel bearings than I'll see if i can change them out again.

Help me out here, I need some additional input.
Does the sound's volume change if you change lanes, either left or right?
Does it sound more in the front, or in the bacK?

I'd ask you to one thing which may help this process; Jack up the vehicles front end, chock the rear wheels and allow the tires/wheels to hang free. Start it up and put it in gear.
Stand directly to the side of the tire and observe the tires diameter as it spins. It should be no more than 1/8 to 1/4" variations out-of-round.
Stand directly in front and again observe the tire's tread. You should see no movement side/side.
If either of these conditions exist, you've a bad tire.
If the noise appears to come from the rear.... do the same for them (spinning the wheels by hand tho :-)

The sound's coming from the front driver side. It does somewhat change when i change lanes on the freeway but it's barely noticeable. The first thing i changed out was the tires, all 4 of them and the were balanced. Could it be the rims?

If the tire(s) appear to be running true, more than likely the rims are all right as well.
Cracked Brake rotor? Binding CV Joint?
It's something obviously road speed sensitive and corresponds to the wheels' rotational speed.
Are you feeling anything in the steering wheel?

new rotors, new axle and cv joints were installed. I'll remove the wheels soon and record what it looks like.

Sounds like the cv is not secured in the tranny? Camber maybe? I don't know but I have this horrible high pitched squeel everytime I turn. I have to fix my Camber fast! Aftermarket susp with stock camber= Problems

Could be your CV or Tie rods. Did you install those yourself or did someone else? Either way, did you assure that their addiquitly torqued? Loose steering gear could cause someting of that nature. Furthermore, inspect your steering gear to make sure it is all in spec(freeplay and boots). Also, wheel bearings are VERY sensitive. If you put those on wrong than you could have messed up the entire bearing(s). Is your axel nut adiquitly torqued? Like someone else said before--double check your outer CV and assure it is COMPLETLY into your transmission. Also, inspect your CV boots and make sure they are not defective.

are you sure the noise you are getting is from the front and not the rear. the rear wheel bearings going bad is very common. on your year accord.

Your splash/dust shield is rubbing against the back side of your brake rotor.

Yea, im sure it's coming from the front. The sound gets louder when i turn right and you can also feel the vibration it causes. It's very minimal but you can feel it.

For the dust shield, could it be that bottom part of it? i see that it's some what close to the rotor.

i had the same problems its really the ball joint on the camber kit it would be best to change a whole new camber kit with new ball joints. check that first.
