A little blue smoke from exhaust...don't say piston rings!!!
What else besides my rings could cause this? I really don't want to hear that I need new rings. I have a 2000 H22a4 in my 94 Accord and it should only have 25k on the motor now. Granted I take the car to the track a couple times a month and street race but **** I shouldn't have already toasted those rings, should I? How can I check if they are good or not, I did a compression check a week ago real quick: 210, 200, 200, 200. I have an EGR code but thats been there for 1 1/2 years without smoking, I recently put a ported head with valves/springs/ret. What else could it be, besides my rings?!?!?! I really don't have the money to take my block apart nor the time. Help!!
when do yuou see the smoke - after idleing or upon startup?
spray a little wd40 down the sparky holes and try the cr test again.

So what do I need to do assuming its my valve seal/ guides. Do I need to take it back to the guy who built the head or was it my fault while installing the head?
