its not that difficult to take the injectors out. 3 bolts holding the fuel rail, unplug the vacum lines, and use 17mm to take the fuel line off the rail. and WTF kind of question is that???

Although process you describe is simple, what kind of helpful answers is that?
I don't have a D15B2, but I do have D15B1 and I was pretty sure they are really similar, what wikipedia confirms:

D15B2
Found in:
1988-1991 Honda Civic GL/DX/LX
1988-1991 Honda CRX DX
1992-1995 Honda Civic LSi Hatch/Saloon (European Market)
1990-1995 Honda Concerto (European Market)
Displacement : 1,493 cc (91.1 cu in)
Bore and Stroke : 75 mm × 84.5 mm (3.0 in × 3.3 in)
Rod Length : 134 mm
Compression : 9.2:1
Power : 92 hp (69 kW) @ 6000 rpm & 119 Nm @ 4500 rpm
Valvetrain : SOHC (4 valves per cylinder)
Cam Gear : 38 tooth
Piston Code : PM3
Fuel Control : PGM-FI Dual Point (OBD0)
Redline : 6500 rpm (6000 rpm honda concerto) 7200 rpm rev limiter

There is no fuel rail on DPFI!

Am I right or did I fail miserably?

To the original poster. If you are concerned about stripping phillips screws holding fuel injectors, and do not have impact drill, find big phillips screwdriver you have (seriously), and push on with your weight it while you unscrew. If it is not enough for more leverage I used vice grips locked on screwdriver handle, and if that is not enough, you just probably stripped screws beyond recognition...

One other trick I came up with is using a spring clamp/quick clamp to push a screwdriver into the screw and hold it really tight in place and then turned screwdriver with vice grips.
But you will not need that for this application.

Screws are marked in this picture:

And AutoZone will tell you exactly how to do it:
