Alright yesterday I just wanted to check things out because Today(friday) would be the day I'd go get a simple tune from a buddy of mine. I checked my Oil level, and it was a bit low, so I filled it up to get it normal/regular level.

Anyway, after i filled it with oil, I go for a drive to the car wash. Car ran normal but when im about a mile away from the carwash, I notice my car isn't going the way it should. I full throttle it and It does not go. I try and try at WOT, and nothing happens. I get to the carwash, and put the car in neutral, WOT, and car does not pass 5k. It sputters. After i wash the car, i figure it would run okay, but no. I still dont have power. First gear i cannot pass 3k, 2nd gear, wot still nothing. I don't know what is wrong.

I changed the plugs because they needed to be changed anyways, but still acting the same. What can my problem be?

There is not a CEL, car is a B16a3 with CTR pistons and GSR cams.

No, it is not tuned. I said that i was getting it tuned, but all of a sudden this happens, and I cannot even drive it past 50mph. No power at all.

What is the problem???!

You have the worst luck Chris, so is it in safe-mode? like two-steps at 3k, try re-setting the ecu and it might give you a code?

 

I know, the day before I get her tuned, something comes up. I don't know if it's in safe mode because this all of a sudden happens, and I am not shooting a CEL. I'll reset the ecu and hopefully something works. But I don't understand why it just happens out of nowhere.

 

So nobody knows what this could be?
