Default Excessive idling. stupid loud

i have an LSVTEC in my sedan. when i start my car up in the morning it idles at 2k. when its "warmed up" i see it goes down to 1.5k. after driving for a while it goes down to 1.2k-1.3k. all vacuums are hooked in its correct spots. i cleaned out the IACV and the FITV with brake cleaner and i adjusted the FITV til my idle went down from 1.5k to 1.2k and thats the lowest i can go cause i cannot turn the white thing anymore. i changed the PCV with a new one. same thing.

is idling from 1k -1.5k normal for this setup? same issue when i had the B20vtec. its annoying when at stoplights idling really loud. i dont wanna be next to a cop and he hears hella noise from the front of my car..my gas pedal isnt stuck. throttle cable is fine and the butterfly lever **** on the TB is not stuck neither..i would like some answers please. thanks

have you tried the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body ? my sedan with a b16 was doing the same thing & I cleaned everything like you did and it didt get fixed till I adjusted the idle from the adjustment screw. Do it after the car has been warmed up for a while.
