your best bet is to find an complete 5 lug conversion off an itr. not just the hubs. you need more than that. you can piece together the front by buying the ITR front hubs, ITR front bearings and calipers.

but the problem comes when you do the rear. hardly anybody sells just the rear 5 lug set up. they sell it as a complete front and rear conversion. and if you go to acura and try to buy just the rear hubs, you have to buy the entire rear trailing arm setup which is almost as much as an complete used 5 lug conversion. I have seen people sell the rear but sometimes it is not complete and it will be missing something important like the rear calipers and purchasing those from acura is expensive.

as far as calipers go you have to use itr for the rear. for the fronts you can use itr, legend, or prelude calipers. with the prelude calipers you have to use a spacer between the caliper and caliper bracket though.

locating them is just you searching and finding a conversion online somewhere. a lot of times people in this forum in the "For Sale" thread sell conversions, or you can look on a few websites such as PasswordJDM, JHPusa, or some of the other JDM sites, or if your lucky maybe even Ebay. you just have to search for them a little.

just drill and tap another lug to add to the other 4....

jk but seriously buy them as a whole...yea its costs but at least you wont be riding bootleg breaks by having the stopping power from 5 different cars. There are plenty in the marketplace i bet.

then you don't need to do it. like i said the only way to do the rear is to buy a complete itr rear trailing arm assembly and good luck getting one separate. I have only ever came across 2 and one of them was incomplete. i bought the other one that was complete and paid $450 for it.

then I had to purchase the front hubs brand new from acura which run $150 a piece, then the bearings which run $75 a piece, then if you don't have access to a press you have to pay someone else to press out your old hubs and bearings and press the new ones in. then you have to source calipers which will probably run you somewhere between $50-$100. then after all of that you have to buy rims and tires.

so without wheels and tires your looking at around $1000 anyways not including labor on pressing out the old hubs and bearings and pressing in the new ones. oh yeah and if your calipers don't have brake lines you will need those also.

you're not gonna get out of this cheap. if you don't have the money to buy a complete itr conversion, then you won't have the money to piece one together.

and i don't know how you came to this conclusion because i made it very clear in my first post that you have to use the COMPLETE ITR REAR TRAILING ARM ASSEMBLY. and why would you use a Mazda axle nut for anything???

i read about the mazda axle nut in a different tech topic,,its what they used to hold evrything together and then placed a lil bit of weld to hold evrything together(rear)..nothing was mentioned about having to get rear trailing arm..

so one mazda nut and welding will hold your rear 5 lug together? good luck with that. post pics when your car messes and you end up in a ditch or in the back of someone's car.

Look through the market place, they have 5 lug setups for sale all the time for less than 1000. I found mine for less and negotiated for a lot less than asked.
