turbo in cold weather...?c

Im thinking of getting a turbo charged car (acura integra) but i live in wisconsin and it would be my daily driver summers and winters. I was just wondering how turbos run in snowy/cold weather? thanks

It would run like stock as long as you have a proper tune...
