abs fluid change a one man job? (91 GS)
Please keep in mind this is a 1991 GS
If you have a different model, your experience may differ
I will have help to do the reg system, but due to time constraints he may not be available to help with the abs flush.
After reading about the procedure it seems that the ABS system can easily be done single handed.
1) connect hose to nipple
2) loosen bleeder 1/4 turn(max)
3) let res. drain off pressure
4) close bleeder
5) turn ign key to run, let ABS pump run, turn off ign after ABS turns off
6) repeat 2-5 till ABS tank is almost empty
7) fill ABS tank and repeat 2-5 till new fluid exits nipple
8) fill ABS tank to proper level
is the above correct for a 91GS ?
can it be done w/o help?

You need a matinince tool to cycle the abs pump otherwise your going to have to jumper the wires on it.
I just take mine into Honda dealer and they do it for $30 if you provide brake fluid.

I can jumper wires for $55

Not sure if it's the same for your year Teg, but the concept is the same I believe.
1)Fill ABS Reservoir
2)Connect clear tube to maintenance bleeder > route to small container (empty water bottle)
3)Loosen bleeder, close when fluid stops flowing
4)Connect hand vacuum pump to modulator reservoir and pump until there is resistance, about 3-4 pumps
You need a hand vacuum pump like http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...8074_200008074 but I think it can be done without, just requires more repetition
5)Start the engine and allow system to pressurize
6)Turn engine off and repeat step 3.
If you don't have the hand vacuum pump, you just need to keep filling the ABS Reservoir and bleeding.
