2008 civic fog lights

Default 2008 civic fog lights

im trying to install my friends foglights there the one from password jdm btw. we cut the hole for the lights all fine but when it comes to the wiring to the 32 pin connector which wire do we splice it to?for the oem there are two wires but for the password jdm ones it only has one and is this and the oem wiring harness different is there a whole instruction manual for this?

buy the oem wiring harness and the oem foglight/turn signal stalk. the stalk is only 30 dollars and idk how much the harness is. the car already has a harness from the stalk all the way down behind the washer fluid reservoir.

Can you give me details on what kind of fogs did you buy? did you go with ebay fogs? or did you buy OEM fogs?

EBAY FOGS:
If you own a 2008 civic SI and you want to splice the fogs to turn on with your fogs then the red wire is what you're looking for. You won't need the relay that comes with the ebay fogs you simply strip the plastic from the fog wires and strip the plastic on the red wire in on the connecting tab and crimp them together. MAKE SURE YOU SPLICE THE FOGS TO BOTH PARKING LIGHTS NOT JUST ONE SIDE OR YOU WILL BLOW THE FUSE.

OEM FOGS:

simply go to collegehillshonda.com and read the DIY

yeha i bought the password ones i have the brown harness in for the footlights under the driver side but its not working connected the ground and the blue plug for the one that fits on the left top of the fuse box but still no connection was made the fog light button turns on with light but the fog lights it self will not

^^ like i said before, you shoulda bought the oem foglight/turn signal stalk and you wouldnt have that problem

so you plugged the foglights into the wire by the windshield wiper fluid reservoir? did you install the fuse? is the relay connected?

there was no fuse supplyed..... is one needed? o.0??? where can i get 1 and where can i get one?

i mean where does it go and where can i get one??? the plug next 2 the resoviior is the brown one am i correct?
