Default turbonetics t3 turbo ... quality question.

guys, i could use your help...

im just inquiring about the overall quality of this turbo compared to other turbos in its league.

i know from others that the turbonetics delta waste gate = POS.

im wondering if you guys could tell me about the turbo.

and what kind of intercooler sizing am i looking at to be sufficient for this turbo?

turbonetics t3 turbo - 60 trim wheel and a .64 AR

im trying to piece together a turbo right now TIA again

For the money, you cant beat turbonetics. They had some issues when Kelly Aerospace bought them out of getting slack on quality control. I have heard of people getting stuff out of spec but all the turbos I have ordered from them, including the one I run on my own race car have been good units. I good street size intercooler would be maybe the size of the PWR group buy one. The core is 18x6x3 plus endtanks......$335 shipped brand new for that one.......Mike

i have had bad luck with them. i will plan on never using them again. another guy on here has sent this back like 2 or 3 times because of a wobbly shaft and they keep saying it is normal but the damn thing leaks. and the bastarts will not replace it. and yes it is in warranty
