Hi I parked my 95 del sol vtec for the winter (has 140k on it) i filled it up with 92 octane and put in fuel stabilizers (also took off the battery)

My problem is this is the first time i started it in a week and when i rev it the idle drops to 1000rpm then moves up and down like (2-300rpm) then back to its normal idle.... it never did this before is it because i disconnected the battery ?
