Default I am looking to do a high end stereo install

I want to do a high end stereo install on my 05 accord coupe. I have all of the equipment (speakers, subs, amps, etc..), But I don't want to change out the factory radio unless I can keep all of the functions that I have now. I am only aware of an after market kit to make the radio a single din opening, but with that kit you would loose the dual climate control, and factory xm radio. I want to be able to hookup my ipod, and keep the factory xm radio, and be able to hook up the amps with out using inputs off of the speakers. Is there a good way of doing this, or am I just needing to get a sound processor (like the Rockford 360.2) and an ipod adapter?
Thanks
-Paul

I went with an ipod adapter, The USA Spec. It is a great product and I highly recommend it. I tried the P.I.E interface first because it displayed text, but it was really slow and the menu features were garbage. With the USA Spec interface I was able to keep my XM radio as well as the in dash 6 disc changer. Does any one have any thoughts on a sound processor?
