Default HELP! what line goes into this vacuum nipple.

can someone tell me what line goes into this vacuum nipple? If i block it with my finger, the idle drops wayyy low, so i know it has to hook up somewhere.

damn. when i put a vacuum cap over it, the car dies. what gives. i dont have a purge solenoid connected either. The car runs fine at idle, until the CEL for the o2 sensor kicks in, then it idles at 1500. I think im just gonna leave the vacuum open to the air and buy a new o2 sensor.

? hmm, when i switched my gsr IM to a skunk 2. i just took the vac line that went to my butterflys and put it on that nipple, and its been working perfect for over 2 years now. Then about two weeks ago my IACV went bad and i put a new one on yesterday and somehow bumped that vac line off, well my idle fluxd from 1-2k back and forth, then i noticed the line, put it back on, but now i am stuck with a 1500 idle too, i can't figure out why though cause normal idle for me has always been 850 or so.
