Please Help me
Bought a 92 H23 lude with blown motor. Bought a JDM H22A swap, dropped it in - no problems, car ran great. Parked the car to do some much needed body work. Temp. dropped to 18 degrees and busted water pump the next morning when I attempted to start the car. THEN IT BEGINS. . . Bought new water pump, timing and balance shaft belt, plugs, wires, and hydraulic tensioner for timing belt. Put it all on and check timing five times over. At first, the car stumbled between 2 and 3 grand, then after, fine all the way to red line. Then, car started reving up and down; checked everything - high idle valve, vacuum leaks, etc.. - then unplugged IAC valve. Car idled perfect; stutter disappeared, just weird throttle response and wanted to die at stop. Bought a new IAC valve, put it on thinking problem would be solved - all the previous problems came back. I personally think the car is possessed by the devil himself. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?! (or are you as lost as I am on this?)
Thanks for any input (in advance)

what RPM's does it rev between, describe it or get a video clip. the weird throttle response you're describing when the IACV was removed was something like you got no response until 3k RPM and then it'd just leap off?
1000 to 2000 is the rev up and down only when the iac is plugged up unplug it and its fine. the weird throttle response is just when the iac is unplugged and it just takes a second to respond when u push the pedal thaking off and letting off at a crusing speed it kinda jerky
