Clunk noise when shifting

When I shift gears I hear a "CLUNK". After shifting gears and hearing the clunk noise, when I engage the clutch I also hear another "CLUNK". Also, when I step on the gas i hear a clunk and it kind of jerk the car a little. When I let go of the gas it clunk agian and jerk a little.

Anyone knows?

sounds like a motor mount to me

rear motor mount = no bueno thats my guess... open the hood with the car off and have a friend start the car for you. see how much it rocks when it starts.
