I want to remove the stock wing on my 93 hatchback, to paint it and reattach it.

it does contain the center brake light, so i know i'll have to disconnect that, but i don't understand how i'm supposed to get it off to start, please help.

 

To get the whole wing off you pop the hatch glass part, lift it up and there is 2 bolts on each side holding it on.

 

It wont let me edit my post so...after that disconnect the wires for the light and you can take it off.

now if you know how to remove the columns on either sides of the windshield in the interior i'll be stoked.

columns = the ones people usually tack gauge pods to.

 

you should be able to just pop these off...i removed mine one time to run the antenna up behind that pillar. start off on the top and pull it. there should just be clips in there.
