ok so just finished a b16 turbo in a eg hatch, has 600cc ( i beleive) injectors, aem fuel rail with regulator, walboro 250 fuel pump, also has a AFC controller. my question is, the afc and computer is tuned to a B20 vtec setup, does anyone have any settings of an adjusted fuel curve with the AFC on there turbo setup? just looking for some numbers to try? ALSO when i drive and let off the throttle is doesnt really catch it self at idle, it wants to die. im 90% sure its vacume leak. how ever i have checked and double checked all the lines, but the boost gauge still read 20inlbs and fluxuates like a vacume leak. could the manifold be leaking where it bolts to the head? i dont really want to take it off unless i have to, but thats what its looking like, any body have a similar problem? oh yeah one last thing, i retarted the exhaust cam 1degree.How did you guys time your cams? at what settings?

 

take it to some one who tunes.. and get it on a wideband... before it blows up
