braking noise

Default braking noise

The car is a 92 integra, everytime i press the brake i get a noise but its oly for a moment its kind of a clunking noise..its sounds like its comming from the front driver side..any ideas what may be causing this?

anybody?? i also forgot to mention that the brake calipers and pads are only about 3 months old,and the rotors were turned when the rest was replaced...this noise only started about 3 weeks ago.

Could be your axel or something loose in the suspension, take the wheel off and check it out.

You need to go back and check your work. Have you even taken the wheel off to do a visual inspection? Almost sounds like you didn't get one of the caliper bracket bolts tight.

You i had that problem not to long ago. But just to make sure, did you get the ceramic brakes or organic. If you did get the organic then that would be the problem.

check all connections, bolts, pads, spacing, ect...
also check you axles and hubs (do you hear a grinding if you spin the wheel while its in the air)

thanks for the replies...i havent not double checked all the bolts yet, was just looking for possible ideas,i was the one that changed the calipers and pads a few months back,as far as i remember i had tightened all..the reason i asked before checking is cause i dont got a good work area,(soft dirt driveway thats wet) lol so i wanna jack it and fix it fast and let it back down since its cold and snowing here...It really sucks living in atlantic canada with no garage or garage access and a crappy driveway lol
