Door triggers have nothing to do with your locks. Door trigger inputs get hooked into door triggers. Lock outputs get hooked to lock wires.

#3 channel is an aux channel, normally used for trunk pop. If your vehicle does not have power trunk release, then you would not use this wire.

A trigger wire? You'll have to be more specific. What does the manual say it does? It's apparently an input for the alarm, but to what it gets connected to is a mystery. It's probably a hoodpin or trunk trigger, but we'll wait until you crack open the manual and tell us a little more...

Make and model of alarm would help.
The "door + and a door -" are not for the cars door locks, they are for the door trigger, you will use the door -, [the door + is not needed].

The #3 channel is an EXT output, it would be used for something like trunk release or a power window module. also not needed in your car unless you want to add something like a power window module.
the "trigger - wire" can be used for a hood or trunk/hatch trigger.94

The "door triggers" are the pin switches in the door jamb that turn on the dome light. 94
