Security System Help
Hi, I recently purchased a Crimestopper 2002 Car Alarm/Keyless Entry System for my 1996 Honda Accord Lx, but I am having trouble finding some of the wires. I was able to find the Ignition harness easily, and think I can tap into the wire behind the radio coming from the passenger door to get the door lock/unlock wires, but I cannot find the door trigger wires or the emergency flashers.
I figured I could just tap into the wire above the radio where the emergancy flasher button is but there are about a dozen wires going into the connector at that switch.
As for the door trigger, what purpose does it server to the alarm? Is it even nessessary to hook that up. Also, in my Accord there is a trigger for each door I guess, because the display can tell me exactly which door is open. Will this cause a problem?
ANY help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

the door trigger helps alot. i recommend u tap the door trigger. all u need to do is tap on of the positive or negative door trigger wire all 4 door will be active. without the door trigger some1 can just open ur door very soft and ur alarm wont go off. the door trigger helps it from sensing the alarm.

Sounds like you need some professional help. If your asking questions like what the door trigger is, I would be very afraid for you. One advice, use a multi-meter to test your wires. Don't guess for wires it could lead to serious problems.
