My friend and i just finished his GSR swap on his 96-00 coupe. He bought the car with an LS swap in it and wanted to swap in a gsr. We swapped in the gsr and plugged everything up. The car cranked at first but didn't start we thought it was because there was no fuel to the injectors, so we primed it. We tried to crank it again and it still wouldnt start. After like the third time trying to crank it over, the transmission ground sparked. After this incident, the car didn't want to crank over at all.

Also, the cluster lights act funky. When we turn on the dome light, the cluster lights (cel, brake, etc.) turn on.

Things that i've checked:

Ecu
Main relay
starter
fuses (starter, fuel pump, ecu)
grounds (water outlet & transmission)

what can be the problem?
